We recognise that your satisfaction should be our priority and to this end we offer a free service, from the moment you decided to buy through us to the time you decide to sell again. We’re here to answer your every query from a faulty light bulb to a last minute change in plans.
This also means that the service doesn’t stop once we’ve secured your reservation fee. A common mistake most people make is assuming your overseas property agent will be there to help with your purchase, no matter what problem arises. But this isn’t always the case.
As soon as you become our customer, we’re with you every step of the way. We’ll answer any question you have, no matter how small. We’re here to keep you informed and up to date at every stage of your investment.
Home visits
Topmarks will be happy to come and visit you at a time of your convenience, completely free of charge, to discuss your investment considerations.
We understand that making a large investment with someone you’ve never met can also be daunting.
This is why we’re offering to come and visit you at any day or time, at a location that suits you. One of our friendly and professional advisors will come to you, prepared with all the facts and figures, images and availability, to help you make the right decisions and to make your buying experience as hassle free as possible.
This service is totally free and you are under absolutely no obligation to sign anything on the day.
